These Terms of Use govern your use of TrenchlessRepair.com (the "Site"), operated by Wilde West LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Site or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The most important thing on this page: we are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform repairs, inspect pipes, quote jobs, or supervise anyone who does. We connect you with an independent licensed contractor in your area, and your agreement for the actual work is between you and that contractor.
1. What this Site is
TrenchlessRepair.com is a directory and matching service for trenchless sewer and pipe repair. We publish educational guides and cost information, list contractor partners by territory, and pass homeowner repair requests to a contractor serving that area.
2. We are not the contractor
- Contractor partners are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners, or subcontractors, and we do not control their work, pricing, scheduling, staffing, or conduct.
- We make no warranty as to any contractor's workmanship, licensing status at the time of your job, insurance, pricing, timeliness, or suitability for your situation.
- Listing on this Site is a paid advertising placement. It is not an endorsement, certification, accreditation, or guarantee by us.
- Verify before you hire. Confirm the contractor's license and insurance directly with your state licensing board, get the scope and price in writing, and use your own judgment. That responsibility is yours, and no amount of vetting on our end replaces it.
3. Submitting a request
- Submitting a request is free for homeowners. We never charge you to be connected, and we take no percentage of your job.
- When you submit, you consent to us sharing your request with one or more licensed service providers in your area, and to being contacted by phone, text, and email about it. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
- You agree the information you give us is accurate and that you are the property owner or otherwise authorized to arrange work on the property.
- We cannot guarantee that a contractor will contact you, be available, take your job, or quote any particular price. Some areas have no subscribed provider yet.
- You must be at least 18 years old to submit a request.
4. Cost information and guides
Cost ranges, calculators, comparisons, and guides on this Site are general educational estimates based on typical market conditions — not quotes, appraisals, or engineering advice. Real pricing depends on your line's depth, length, material, access, local permitting, and what a camera inspection actually finds. Only a contractor who has inspected your line can quote your job.
5. Acceptable use
Don't submit false or fraudulent requests, someone else's information without their permission, or automated/bulk submissions. Don't scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content, listings, or data; don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; and don't use the Site to send spam or unlawful communications. We may refuse service, remove content, and block access for any of the above.
6. Contractor partners
If you're a contractor listing with us, your subscription is governed by the Provider Terms, which control in the event of any conflict with this page.
7. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, guides, data, and functionality are our property and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and share links to our guides; you may not republish or resell them.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of or relating to work performed (or not performed) by a contractor you were connected with through the Site — including property damage, cost overruns, delays, or disputes. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
