- From homeowners: name, email, phone number, service location, and the details of your repair request, submitted through our quote and contact forms.
- From contractor partners: company name, contact name, business and mobile phone numbers, email, license number, website, service area, and logo, submitted through our provider onboarding form.
- Automatically: standard web analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser) via Google Analytics.
2. How we use it
- To connect homeowners with a licensed trenchless repair provider serving their area.
- To deliver service leads to the matched contractor partner by email and, where the partner has opted in, by SMS text.
- To operate contractor listings, billing, and account notifications.
- To improve our website and services.
3. SMS / text messaging
Consent: Contractor partners may opt in to receive SMS text messages by checking the SMS consent box and providing a mobile number on our onboarding form. We send only transactional messages — new-lead notifications and account/billing alerts related to your listing. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
Frequency & rates: Message frequency varies based on lead activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for assistance. You may also email admin@trenchlessrepair.com to be removed.
We never share or sell your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you opted into.
4. How we share information
We share a homeowner's service-request details with the one contractor partner matched to that lead, so they can contact you about your repair. We use trusted service providers (email delivery, SMS delivery, payment processing, analytics, and website hosting) to operate the service; they may process data only to provide those functions. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Payment data
Contractor subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles card data under its own PCI-compliant security.
6. Data retention & security
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your choices
- Opt out of SMS anytime by replying STOP.

8. Children
Our services are for adults arranging property repairs; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
